Products must arrive in original or equivalent shipping containers. Sequencing of stagecraft elements is defined below.

Inbound

• Ship to studio address provided on project kickoff
• Include packing list and SKU reference
• White-glove intake scheduled within 48 hours of arrival

Outbound

• Product returned in original or equivalent container
• Load-out window confirmed 5 business days prior
• Client responsible for carrier booking unless arranged

Stagecraft Sequencing

18" / 24" / 32" circle and square elements are pre-positioned. Client art-department attachments are applied on-site per Art Director Toolkit.
